Quick answers

• The calculator doesn't show. The product (or one of its collections) needs a live rule, and the "Coverage calculator" block must be on the product template (Spanwise → Add to theme).
• Which rule wins? A product rule, then the first of the product's collections that has one.
• Paused rules. Rules over your plan's limit are paused, not deleted. Upgrade to resume them.
